We had a family Christmas party the other day with the Schramm's and it was a lot of fun! We had some yummy pizza, played bingo, built gingerbread houses, and enjoyed each others company. It was a great party and most of the family was able to make it. Even all the way from New York. We each made a treat to share, so each family got to take a tray home with treats from everyone. Delicious!
Brynlee liked the pizza, and liked putting peppermint patties on the squares for bingo, but the gingerbread houses were definitely her favorite! She had so much fun stuffing the house full of candies, and of course eating a bunch in between. :)
It was a great night, and so much fun to get together with family! Merry Christmas everyone!
Here's our finished product. These things are so much harder than I anticipated. They look like they would be so easy...it was fun though, and Brynlee LOVED it!
Brynlee just couldn't get enough of putting candy all over this thing.
Here are some other houses that turned out so much cuter than ours... I need to work on my gingerbread making skills. ;)
Megan came late, so I didn't get a picture of her finished product. It ended up falling apart in the end...

Fun! I love making Gingerbread houses! I've always wanted to make one of those crazy huge ones that actually looks really good. Not that yours or my little ones doesn't look good. But the big ones are in a league of their own!
